Silencer + Winter Wyvern

Why this works

Setting up a gank with this pair can feel awkward. Winter Wyvern might catch an enemy with Winter's Curse, turning their own allies against them. The problem is that the cursed hero is immune to all damage from Silencer's team. This means Silencer can't layer on Arcane Curse or hit them with Glaives of Wisdom to finish the kill. While Global Silence can be used afterwards to stop other enemies from interfering, the core anti-synergy remains: Wyvern's ultimate protects the very target Silencer wants to burst down.

In practice, this lane has some potential with slows and harass, and a well-timed Cold Embrace can certainly save Silencer from physical attackers. The success of the duo later on depends entirely on coordinating their ultimates. If Global Silence is used to isolate a target *before* the fight, Winter Wyvern can follow up on a different hero. But using both ultimates in a chaotic fight often leads to interference. One hero's solution gets in the way of the other's, making the overall impact feel much less decisive than you might expect.
