Tiny + Tusk

Why this works

Trying to set up a gank with these two often feels clumsy. Both Tiny and Tusk want to be the one to jump a target and deliver a big spike of physical burst. The problem is their kits don't really help each other do this. Tiny's Toss can move an enemy out of Tusk's range, and Ice Shards might block Tiny from getting in position. They're essentially two initiators competing for the same space and timing window, which often lets the target get away instead of creating a clean kill.

This redundancy makes the game feel awkward. They can't lane together well, so they end up competing for farm and gank timings from different parts of the map. The team becomes very one-dimensional, focused entirely on single-target physical burst. Enemies can counter this strategy by building armor or grouping up earlier than usual. Without diverse damage types or control for longer fights, a Tiny and Tusk draft struggles heavily once teams start moving as five, feeling predictable and easy to outmaneuver.
