The Doorman — Deadlock Win Rate, Counters & Synergies
Also known as: Doorman
The Doorman (Doorman) in Deadlock: win rate, pick rate, top counters and best teammates, from Batru's recent-match pipeline.
The Doorman counters & matchups
Squishier laners like Sinclair, Mina, and Silver hate a hero that can control space and dictate where a fight happens. The Doorman pins them down before they can set up their trades, and once their positioning is broken they fold. The trouble comes against Seven, Victor, and Graves, who all bring their own strong zoning or burst and refuse to be forced into bad angles. They punish overcommits and out-sustain the pressure The Doorman wants to apply. Draft tip: pick The Doorman into fragile, position-dependent lanes, and avoid it when the enemy already has heavy zoning of their own.
Strong against
The Doorman synergies
The Doorman wants a partner who can convert a locked-down target into a kill before the enemy team peels. Seven is a clean fit: once The Doorman controls the space and holds someone in place, Seven gets the window to land damage on a target that cannot reposition. The Doorman brings the setup and area control that lets a follow-up carry commit safely, turning small advantages in a teamfight into picks that snowball a lane lead into map control.
