Vyper — Deadlock Win Rate, Counters & Synergies
Vyper in Deadlock: win rate, pick rate, top counters and best teammates, from Batru's recent-match pipeline.
Vyper counters & matchups
Squishy laners who want space are the easy targets here. Sinclair, Mina, and Viscous all rely on positioning and setup to get value, and Vyper's aggression punishes them before they settle into a rhythm, forcing trades they don't want early. The trouble comes against durable, self-sustaining bruisers. Seven and Graves can weather the early pressure and outscale it, while Victor claws back the tempo Vyper needs to snowball. Once those three stabilize the lane, Vyper's window shrinks fast. Draft tip: pick Vyper into a soft backline you can bully early, and avoid her when the enemy stacks tanky sustain in the front line.
Strong against
Vyper synergies
Vyper wants a partner who can convert her early pressure into kills and hold ground once the fight opens up. Victor pairs well because he can lock targets in place while Vyper closes the gap, turning a small advantage into a clean pickoff before the enemy regroups. Seven brings the follow-up damage to finish what Vyper starts, and Kelvin keeps her healthy enough to stay aggressive through the midgame. What Vyper offers back is tempo, dragging fights onto her terms so her teammates can commit with confidence.
