Venator Counters

Squishy setup heroes like Sinclair and Mina give Venator exactly what it wants: targets that need to hold position to do their job, and no easy way to punish poised, ranged pressure. You force them off their rhythm before they get value. The trouble comes against Seven, Victor, and Graves, who close space or trade back hard enough that you can't keep them at arm's length, and once they're in your face the game gets uncomfortable fast. Draft tip: pick Venator into immobile backline casters, and think twice when the enemy has committed dive or burst that punishes a slower ranged pick.
