Anti-Mage vs Enchantress

How this matchup plays

Blinking on Enchantress rarely feels like the easy kill it should be. Anti-Mage expects to burn her mana and execute her, but Untouchable slows his attack speed to a crawl, making that nearly impossible. While he's struggling to land hits, she can stand her ground and trade back with Impetus. That damage is pure, so his passive magic resistance does nothing, and it hurts even more if he tries to Blink away. Anti-Mage has to respect her, as she can often win a direct fight he thinks is in his favor.

The matchup becomes a game of cat and mouse across the map. Enchantress wants to use her early power with dominated creeps to shut down Anti-Mage's farm and force fights before he gets his key items. His goal is to avoid her entirely, split-pushing and farming until he gets enough items to lock her down and drain her mana instantly. Whichever hero dictates the pace of the game usually comes out ahead, making it a very even contest of strategy and execution.
