How this matchup plays

Trying to lock down a position as Arc Warden feels difficult against a Juggernaut who knows the matchup. Juggernaut’s Blade Fury lets him run straight through both Spark Wraiths and Magnetic Field, ignoring the slow and evasion to close the distance. This neutralizes Arc Warden's main kiting and defensive tools. Once Juggernaut is close, Omnislash provides a reliable way to get the kill, since the slashes are not affected by the evasion from Magnetic Field. Arc Warden has to rely on his Tempest Double to do damage from a safe distance and bait out Juggernaut's spells before he can commit to a fight.

The game often comes down to a race for key items and timings. Juggernaut hits a major power spike in the mid-game and will look to force fights and take objectives, constricting the map and starving Arc Warden of the space he needs to farm. If Arc Warden can weather that storm and get his own core items, his ability to defend high ground and split-push with his clone becomes a serious problem.
