Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Arc Warden wins the Arc Warden vs Mars matchup: Arc Warden beats Mars in 53.99% of 9,319 ranked matches.
Picking Mars into an Arc Warden creates a fundamental problem for your team's game plan. The core of the issue is Tempest Double. If Mars manages to trap the real Arc Warden in Arena of Blood, the double is often left completely free to attack from a safe distance. This turns Mars's ultimate from a cage into a death trap for himself. Even outside of the arena, Arc Warden can easily position his double to attack Mars from a different angle, making the frontal damage reduction from Bulwark almost useless. Mars wants to isolate and control one hero, but Arc Warden is designed to be in two places at once.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
