Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Arc Warden wins the Arc Warden vs Winter Wyvern matchup: Arc Warden beats Winter Wyvern in 51.89% of 14,883 ranked matches.
Dealing with Winter's Curse is often less of a problem for Arc Warden than for other cores. If the main hero is caught, his Tempest Double can still use items or fight back, mitigating the spell's impact on a teamfight. However, the matchup is far from a lock. Winter Wyvern’s Cold Embrace is a direct answer to the single-target burst Arc relies on, saving a focused ally and wasting his cooldowns. She can also use her long-range abilities to clear waves and harass from a safe distance, disrupting his farm and map control. The fight often hinges on whether Arc Warden can bait out the save first or if Winter Wyvern can find and lock down the real hero.
