Berserker's Call completely shuts down what Drow Ranger wants to do. Her game plan is built around kiting and attacking from a safe distance, but Axe with a Blink Dagger gives her no room to do that. The instant he jumps and taunts her, she is locked in place, forced to attack him at close range. This not only stops her from escaping or repositioning but also triggers a barrage of Counter Helix spins. Against a fragile hero like Drow, that damage is often enough to secure a kill before the taunt even wears off, especially when followed by Culling Blade.

This interaction shapes the entire game once Axe gets his Blink Dagger. Drow Ranger can no longer farm safely in any lane, as she becomes the primary target for Axe's initiations.
