Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dragon Knight wins the Bane vs Dragon Knight matchup: Dragon Knight beats Bane in 53.19% of 14,340 ranked matches.
Holding a Dragon Knight in place with Fiend's Grip seems like an easy solution, but the reality is often more complicated. Bane is a squishy target while channeling, and Dragon Knight's team can usually punish him for the attempt. Even if the grip goes uninterrupted, DK is so naturally tanky that it rarely results in a solo kill before his allies can react. On the other side, Dragon Knight lacks the mobility to easily close the distance and threaten Bane in the backlines. He'd much rather be hitting a tower or a more accessible target. Both heroes often end up having bigger problems to deal with, leaving this specific interaction feeling surprisingly neutral.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
