Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Ember Spirit wins the Beastmaster vs Ember Spirit matchup: Ember Spirit beats Beastmaster in 52.97% of 7,918 ranked matches.
Committing to a Beastmaster pick means you have to consider how to handle an enemy Ember Spirit. His kit lines up almost perfectly to dismantle your game plan from start to finish. Primal Roar becomes a much weaker spell when Ember can dodge it with Sleight of Fist or simply warp away with a Fire Remnant after it ends. Your army of summons, which is key for vision and pushing, gets melted by Flame Guard and Sleight of Fist. This denies you map control and lets Ember farm them. Later on, Ember Spirit has no problem diving past your frontline to find and kill Beastmaster, who can't really escape once the fight breaks down.
