Beastmaster vs Luna

How this matchup plays

Trying to push a tower with an army of summons is usually Beastmaster's specialty, but against Luna it becomes a liability. Her Moon Glaives bounce through the entire zoo, clearing out boars and hawks almost instantly. This completely neutralizes Beastmaster's teamfight presence and his ability to siege objectives. The summons he relies on for damage and vision control simply become extra gold and farm for Luna. Even landing a good Primal Roar can feel ineffective when there's no army left to follow up with damage; the target gets stunned, but the main threat is already gone.

From the laning stage onwards, this dynamic puts Beastmaster on the back foot. He can’t effectively trade or pressure when his boar is cleared with the creep wave. Later in the game, his attempts to group up and take objectives are easily stalled out. To win a fight, Beastmaster’s team has to find a way to jump on Luna and kill her before she can react, often needing a perfect initiation before she gets key defensive items. Luna, on the other hand, can play her normal game, comfortably farming her way to victory while incidentally dismantling her opponent's entire kit.
