Beastmaster vs Terrorblade

How this matchup plays

Trying to burst down Terrorblade often comes down to a standoff between two key abilities. Beastmaster has Primal Roar to lock him in place for a kill, but a well-timed Sunder from Terrorblade can completely reverse the gank if the follow-up damage isn't instant. Likewise, Beastmaster wants to control the map and pressure lanes with his summons, but Terrorblade's own illusions from Conjure Image can clear out the entire zoo with ease. Each hero has a direct answer to the other's primary game plan, preventing either from gaining a consistent upper hand.

The match then becomes a game of timings and execution. Beastmaster's team will look to force fights around his ultimate's cooldown, hoping to catch Terrorblade before he has key items or while Metamorphosis is down. Terrorblade's objective is to survive these pressure windows, using his illusions to accelerate his farm and safely split-push. Fights are decided by who gets the jump; a clean Roar setup can win the engagement for Beastmaster's side, but a botched attempt often gives Terrorblade the space he needs to take over.
