How this matchup plays

Trying to burst Ember Spirit down often comes down to damage type and lockdown. Clinkz brings high physical damage, which cuts right through Ember's Flame Guard. More importantly, a common Orchid Malevolence pickup on Clinkz provides a long silence that prevents Ember from using Sleight of Fist to dodge or Fire Remnant to escape. A successful gank from invisibility with that silence active leaves Ember with few options to survive the barrage of attacks that follows, giving Clinkz a reliable way to pick him off.
