Picking into this matchup is a bet on who gets the jump. Clinkz brings extreme physical burst from invisibility, which can often delete a fragile hero like Pugna before he can react. However, Pugna’s kit feels designed to answer that exact kind of aggression. A single cast of Decrepify on himself or an ally completely negates Clinkz's damage, buying critical time. Pugna can then turn the fight with Life Drain or simply let his team collapse on the now-useless attacker. Nether Ward also complicates things for a Clinkz who needs his spells to go off.
