Clinkz vs Void Spirit

How this matchup plays

Trying to land a full Burning Barrage on Void Spirit is often a losing battle. He has too many ways to break contact and survive the initial burst. A well-timed Dissimilate can make him completely invulnerable while Clinkz is channeling, and his Astral Step ultimate gives him multiple charges to create distance. This forces the Clinkz player into a difficult position, as their main source of kill threat can be fully dodged. Void Spirit doesn't even need to fight back immediately; he can simply wait out the aggression and re-engage on his own terms once Clinkz's key cooldown is gone.

This cat-and-mouse game defines the matchup. Clinkz tries to find a window where Void Spirit's escapes are down, perhaps after a gank or a poorly chosen initiation. An Orchid Malevolence can also be effective, silencing Void Spirit before he can react. On the other side, Void Spirit is constantly looking for an opening to jump on the fragile Clinkz, using Aether Remnant to lock him down for a quick kill. It really comes down to which player gets the jump and executes their combo first, making it a tense and fairly even fight from start to finish.
