Dazzle vs Monkey King

How this matchup plays

Trying to burst someone inside Wukong's Command becomes a nightmare against Dazzle. The entire point of Monkey King's ultimate is to lock down and kill a target with overwhelming physical damage, but Shallow Grave completely negates that critical window. Once the target is saved, Monkey King is left stranded in the middle of a fight he can no longer win. The heal from Shadow Wave further undoes any damage his team manages to apply, while Poison Touch's slow can make it impossible for him to disengage after his plan fails. Dazzle systematically dismantles Monkey King's all-in commitment.

This dynamic forces Monkey King to play around Dazzle all game. Successful ganks in the laning stage become much harder to execute, as a quick Grave turns the hunter into the hunted. Later on, teamfights revolve around baiting out the save before Monkey King dares to use Wukong's Command. The problem is that Dazzle can simply wait, positioned safely in the backline. This forces MK into a losing choice: either hold his ultimate indefinitely, or risk using it on a target who won't die, effectively throwing away his biggest cooldown and likely his own life in the process.
