Picking a core to pair with Io usually means looking for an aggressive hero, and that plan works well against Enchantress. She wants to win long, drawn-out fights, kiting with Impetus and slowing attackers with Untouchable. Io flips this script entirely. Overcharge gives his partner enough attack speed and damage resistance to burst through her defenses before her sustained damage really adds up.
