Io (Wisp) Counter Picks — 7.41f
Who counters Io (Wisp) in Dota 2 7.41f? Counter picks and matchups for Io, ranked by win rate from ranked matches.
Io the Wisp is a carry-enabling support whose Tether shares regen and speed, Spirits provide damage and control, Overcharge amps attack speed, and Relocate teleports the duo anywhere for a gank or escape. It's strong alongside lanes it can snowball, winning best into immobile heroes its ganks catch like Timbersaw, Nature's Prophet and Chen. Io is countered by sustain-cancel and pickoff: Underlord and Crystal Maiden out-tempo it, while Riki and Dawnbreaker punish its fragile core. Draft tip: Io is a snowball carry-enabler into kill-lane drafts; it's weaker into early aggression that beats it before its carry comes online.
In Dota 2 7.41f, the heroes that counter Io hardest are Troll Warlord, Ancient Apparition and Sven — Io wins only 43.9%, 45.6% and 45.9% of ranked matches against them.
