How this matchup plays

Feeling nearly invincible from constant healing gets a lot harder when Witch Doctor is on the other team. Enchantress relies on Nature's Attendants to sustain through fights, but a single Maledict turns that healing into a liability, amplifying any damage she takes. Her usual kiting and survivability from Untouchable mean less when she gets stunned by a Paralyzing Cask. That lockdown is often enough to hold her in place for a full Death Ward, which she struggles to survive without specific items, especially since her own damage doesn't break the ward quickly.

This dynamic forces Enchantress to play a much more cautious game. Instead of being a durable front-line presence, she has to hang back and wait for Witch Doctor to commit his spells, which limits her impact. If he uses Maledict on another target, she's free to do her thing, but the threat is always there. It forces her to position defensively in teamfights, giving Witch Doctor's team a bit more control over the engagement's tempo and targeting. The matchup isn't impossible, but it asks Enchantress to play against her natural strengths.
