Witch Doctor (WD) Counter Picks — 7.41f
Who counters Witch Doctor (WD) in Dota 2 7.41f? Counter picks and matchups for Witch Doctor, ranked by win rate from ranked matches.
Witch Doctor is a high-damage support whose Maledict ticks for huge burst on wounded heroes and whose Death Ward melts a clustered team. He's strong into immobile, squishy heroes his combo deletes: Timbersaw, Tinker and Gyrocopter die to Maledict + Ward. Witch Doctor is countered by tanks and mobile divers that survive or interrupt him: Wraith King and Medusa out-tank the burst, while Riki and Night Stalker reach his fragile body. Draft tip: WD is a premium burst support into squishy, low-mobility drafts; protect his channel into dive comps or it gets cut short.
In Dota 2 7.41f, the heroes that counter Witch Doctor hardest are Wraith King, Riki and Outworld Destroyer — Witch Doctor wins only 45.9%, 47.5% and 48.2% of ranked matches against them.
