Seeing Oracle appear in the draft makes Jakiro a much tougher hero to execute. Oracle's entire kit seems designed to dismantle what Jakiro wants to do. False Promise is the biggest problem, as it allows a hero to completely ignore the damage-over-time from Macropyre and Dual Breath for its duration, often letting them walk out of the fire and survive what should be a lethal combo. Even in lane, a simple Fortune's End purges off Dual Breath's slow and burn, undoing Jakiro's main harassment tool. Oracle has an answer for nearly every spell Jakiro casts.

This dynamic shapes every fight. The Jakiro player is constantly in a bind: do you throw your spells on a key target, knowing Oracle will likely save them with his ultimate, or do you hold everything, hoping Oracle messes up? This often leads to Jakiro's massive area damage being negated by a single, well-timed defensive spell. To win, the Jakiro's team has to find a way to kill Oracle first or bait out False Promise on a low-priority hero before committing Macropyre, which is a difficult task against a well-positioned support.
