Oracle is a high-skill save support whose False Promise delays all damage and healing to snatch an ally from death, while Fate's Edict makes a target immune to magic and Purifying Flames burst-heals. He's strong into immobile, magic-reliant heroes his Edict and burst counter: Timbersaw, Elder Titan and Mars get out-traded. Oracle is countered by physical pickoff and tanks that beat his saves: Riki and Meepo burst through, while Undying and Wraith King out-last him.
