Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Medusa wins the Medusa vs Puck matchup: Medusa beats Puck in 54.73% of 4,131 ranked matches.
Trying to kill Medusa as Puck is a frustrating experience at almost every stage of the game. Puck's entire damage rotation is magical burst, which gets absorbed harmlessly by Mana Shield once Medusa has a few levels and items. This makes ganking her a waste of time, allowing her to farm freely and accelerate toward her own powerful timings. In larger teamfights, Puck’s Dream Coil does little to stop Medusa from standing her ground and attacking everyone with Split Shot. Meanwhile, Stone Gaze creates a massive zone that a slippery hero like Puck can't play in, forcing him to flee or get petrified and killed.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
