Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Medusa wins the Medusa vs Undying matchup: Medusa beats Undying in 53.14% of 19,649 ranked matches.
Clearing out Tombstone zombies with Split Shot makes it difficult for Undying to get his teamfight plan going. Medusa can effectively ignore the zombies and continue hitting more important targets, turning a major threat into a source of gold. While Undying’s Decay can be a problem for her in the early game, she is usually content to survive the lane and accelerate her farm. By the time teamfights break out, Medusa’s sustained area damage often overwhelms Undying's frontline presence. Even a full Flesh Golem commitment can be stopped cold by Stone Gaze, leaving him exposed while his team gets picked apart from a distance.
