Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Ringmaster wins the Monkey King vs Ringmaster matchup: Ringmaster beats Monkey King in 52.95% of 11,159 ranked matches.
Trying to play from the trees against Ringmaster is a nightmare. His traps and crowd control can lock down an area, making it impossible for Monkey King to find a safe perch or a good angle for his ultimate. Ringmaster also has ways to forcibly pull Monkey King out of position or down from the trees, turning his main escape and scouting tool into a liability. This denies Monkey King's aggressive playstyle, forcing him to play from behind and give up huge parts of the map.
As the game progresses, Monkey King can't split-push or apply pressure the way he normally wants to. He's forced to group with his team, where Ringmaster's abilities can still isolate him in a chaotic fight. To have any impact, Monkey King often has to rush a Black King Bar, delaying his core damage items. The goal for Ringmaster's team is to keep forcing these engagements, using their control to pick Monkey King off before he can even use Wukong's Command effectively.
