Morphling vs Zeus

How this matchup plays

Shifting into full Agility as Morphling is a death sentence against Zeus. His entire kit is magic damage that chews through low-health targets, and Morphling has to drop his own health to deal damage. Even a farmed Morphling is always at risk of Thundergod's Wrath finding him anywhere on the map, forcing him to keep his Strength high. This turns Morphling's core survival mechanic, Attribute Shift, into a liability rather than a strength and severely cuts down his potential damage output.

This dynamic makes the entire game an uphill battle for Morphling. He can't safely split-push or farm with low health, which slows his item progression considerably. In teamfights, Zeus can stay far in the backline, protected by his team, and simply unload spells. Morphling's main recourse is to get a Black King Bar and try to close the gap with Waveform, but a well-positioned Zeus is a difficult target to reach and burst down before that immunity wears off.
