Terrorblade vs Zeus

How this matchup plays

Pushing out lanes or farming with illusions becomes a massive liability for Terrorblade. Zeus clears the Conjure Image illusions instantly with Arc Lightning, which cripples Terrorblade's ability to farm and reduces his damage output in fights. On top of that, Terrorblade has a naturally low health pool, making him a prime target for the kind of heavy magical burst that Zeus outputs with Lightning Bolt. Even in Metamorphosis, the high armor does nothing to stop Zeus from melting his health bar from a safe distance.

This pressure is constant throughout the game. Terrorblade struggles to find a safe place to farm, as Thundergod's Wrath can soften him up from anywhere and reveal his position for a gank. In teamfights, Zeus can often burst Terrorblade down so quickly that he never gets a chance to find a good Sunder target. Terrorblade’s main hope is to get an early Black King Bar and rely on his team to dive and kill Zeus first. If Zeus can stand in the back and cast freely, he completely shuts Terrorblade down.
