Beastmaster + Magnus

Why this works

Landing a big Reverse Polarity depends on enemies being grouped up, but Beastmaster's Primal Roar does the exact opposite. It stuns one hero and shoves everyone else away, actively scattering the fight that Magnus needs to be clumped. If Beastmaster uses his ultimate to start a fight, he's often ruining the setup for Magnus before it can even happen. The team's two biggest teamfight spells work at cross-purposes, forcing a choice between one or the other on the same targets and wasting a huge amount of cooldown and initiation potential.

This core conflict of interest means the team's overall strategy feels divided. Both heroes want to dictate the pace of the mid-game with their ultimates, but they want to do so in incompatible ways. Beastmaster is trying to secure pickoffs and push towers with his summons, a plan that thrives on splitting the enemy team's focus. Magnus, on the other hand, is constantly looking for a five-on-five brawl. Their game plans pull the team in two different directions, rarely allowing for a clean, coordinated attack.
