Lifestealer + Luna

Why this works

Delivering Lifestealer into a fight using Luna as the carrier can be a decent way to start a gank. Luna is naturally fast and wants to get close to spread her Moon Glaives anyway, so she can position an Infested Lifestealer right on top of a priority target. Lifestealer can then emerge with Rage active, making him immune to spells while he and Luna focus down an enemy. Luna’s Lunar Blessing also provides a small but constant damage increase for Lifestealer, which is a nice bonus when they are hitting the same hero.

The plan depends entirely on both heroes having a good game. Both Luna and Lifestealer are farming cores, and if one falls behind, the combination loses its threat. The enemy team's objective is simple: burst the fragile Luna before she can get into position, or save their disables for after Lifestealer exits Infest. If Luna can't survive the entry, or if the enemy team can kite Lifestealer after he appears, the whole play falls apart. This makes their success together feel very conditional on the specific state of the game.
