Monkey King + Zeus

Why this works

Fighting together often feels disconnected because both heroes are pure damage dealers who can't set each other up. Monkey King needs a target held down to guarantee he can land his spells and build Jingu Mastery stacks, but Zeus offers almost no lockdown to enable this. The massive magical damage from Zeus is great, but it doesn't help pin anyone down inside Wukong's Command. This forces Monkey King to find his own openings, making his aggression less reliable, especially when two core roles are filled by heroes who both need farm and levels.

This lineup often struggles to control the pace of a fight. Opponents can kite Monkey King or simply disengage when he commits, while Zeus is left vulnerable in the back. Without reliable stuns coming from their core positions, slippery enemy heroes can easily escape or turn the engagement. The team composition feels greedy and lacks the fundamental tools needed to execute a clean teamfight, forcing the other supports to carry the full burden of control and initiation against an enemy that knows exactly who to focus.
