Kelvin Counters

Locking down squishier tempo heroes is where Kelvin shines. His ice path and frozen zones cut off the escape routes that Mina, Sinclair, and Venator rely on to reposition, and his healing dome lets him outlast their poke in extended lane trades. The trouble comes against heavy sustained damage and mobility. Seven, Graves, and Victor can burn through his beam and dome faster than it heals, and they punish him when he commits to a slow. Kelvin wants to control space, not win a straight damage race. Draft tip: pick him into positioning-dependent lineups, avoid him when the enemy runs raw sustained DPS.
