If Clinkz can get the jump, AA often dies instantly with little chance to react. However, the threat goes both ways. Ancient Apparition's Ice Blast is a major problem for a fragile hero like Clinkz. The shatter threshold is always a risk, and the complete healing block means that if he gets clipped by the ultimate, he can't use items like Satanic or even basic regeneration to recover after a fight.
