Clinkz vs Monkey King

How this matchup plays

Fighting into Wukong's Command is a problem for most heroes, but Clinkz can simply stand outside the circle and shred Monkey King from range with a full Burning Barrage. Monkey King becomes a stationary target for his own spell, often dying before it even finishes. Even in a direct manfight, the evasion from Strafe makes it very difficult for MK to build and use his Jingu Mastery stacks effectively. If the fight ever turns sour, Clinkz uses Skeleton Walk to reposition or escape entirely, leaving Monkey King with no way to secure a kill.

This dynamic leaves Clinkz in control of the game's tempo. He can proactively hunt Monkey King, who can't safely perch in trees or split-push without getting initiated on from invisibility. This forces Monkey King to play reactively and stick with his team. In larger engagements, MK has to hesitate before using his ultimate, which is a huge part of his teamfight impact. The only way for Monkey King to get ahead is to rely on teammates with instant lockdown to catch Clinkz out of position, which is a difficult task against an invisible hero.
