Huskar vs Terrorblade

How this matchup plays

A duel between these two often comes down to who controls Huskar's health bar. Terrorblade is uniquely equipped to punish a low-health Huskar. Sunder can instantly turn a fight around by swapping HP, turning Huskar's own aggression against him. Reflection is also a major threat, as the illusion it creates will attack with Huskar's own immense attack speed from Berserker's Blood. Because Huskar depends on magic resistance and rarely builds much armor, this source of physical damage shreds him, bypassing his primary defensive tool.

This matchup is a race against the clock. Huskar's job is to snowball through the mid-game, forcing fights and taking objectives before Terrorblade can get his core items online. If Huskar's team supports his tempo, they can end the game before his weaknesses become a factor. Terrorblade, on the other hand, plays to survive. He wants to farm, use Metamorphosis to stay safe, and wait for his moment. Once he has enough farm, he can confidently stand his ground, use his abilities to counter Huskar's dive, and carry the late game.
